Who We Are

First Impressions’ founder and president is Dr. Ann Demarais, a psychologist specializing in interpersonal communication and leadership. We’re based in New York City, with coaches in San Francisco and London. All coaches have advanced degrees in Psychology and expertise in assessing behavior and providing supportive and constructive feedback.
