“My First Impressions experience was life-changing. No one ever told me that I came across as aloof!  I learned some specific things to do that changed how others see me, and now I’m a lot more socially confident - and successful.”
—Jeff Dillard

Interpersonal Style Survey

Social and DatingHow much do you know about how others see you? Do people find you sincere, interesting, open, engaging… or not?

Candid feedback about your self-presentation is interesting and helpful. Learning your interpersonal strengths can boost your confidence. Uncovering your weak spots will give you the power to better develop and maintain strong positive relationships.

The Interpersonal Style Survey provides you the unique opportunity to get comprehensive and honest feedback about your self-presentation - from people you know and who see you in your everyday life. Because the feedback is anonymous – and presented only in a summary format – people will be open and direct. You may survey any set of people you desire – including friends, colleagues, family, neighbors, and others.

The Interpersonal Style Survey will help you learn:

• How people really perceive you
• Your unique charms and interpersonal strengths
• Any unintended negative messages you project
• Your blind spots - gaps between how you think you are perceived and how others actually see you

Here's how it works:

1. You take an on-line survey and rate yourself on a number of social behaviors, in categories such as:
    • The mood you project
    • How you show interest and respect
    • Your style of discussing personal information and other topics
    • How you project your energy and outlook on life

2. People that you select rate you on those same behaviors

3. You receive a detailed written report that outlines:
    • The impression you make
    • How you come across in a variety of specific behaviors
    • Where your interpersonal strengths and weaknesses lie
    • The gaps between your self perception and how others see you
