What is the coaching session like?
The coaching session is a confidential discussion between you and your First Impressions consultant. Your consultant will help you interpret the data from your survey report, identify your key strengths and weaknesses, and guide you on areas that you may consider developing. You will also learn ways to try out your new behaviors, overcome obstacles to change, and chart your progress. You can sign up for one or more sessions.
