identify your unique strengths and areas for improvement. Our assessment
program utilizes tools such as a survey of your colleagues and customers,
self assessment questionnaires, and role-play of business scenarios
followed by specific feedback.

Your consultant meets with you to give you feedback on your assessment,
and coaches you on an ongoing basis on ways to leverage your strengths
and develop your areas of weakness.
