We provide you with feedback and coaching in your self presentation in business situations, and guide you in developing and polishing critical skills including communication, influence, leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking, among others.

Here's how it works:

• You meet with a consultant to explain your current position, challenges, and goals.

• We set up an assessment of your business skills and style, to identify your unique strengths and areas for improvement. Our assessment program utilizes tools such as a survey of your colleagues and customers, self assessment questionnaires, and role-play of business scenarios followed by specific feedback.

• Your consultant meets with you to give you feedback on your assessment, and coaches you on an ongoing basis on ways to leverage your strengths and develop your areas of weakness.
